Refund policy

At Fémelle we strive to satisfy our customers with high quality products and an excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes there may be a reason why you would like to return a product or receive a refund. That's why we've created a clear return and refund policy to make this process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy:

1. Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
2. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and packaging intact. No stains.
3. Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or invoice.
4. Contact our customer service in advance by email to register your return.
5. Costs for returning a product are at your expense.
